If you are able to replace all of the sodas and junk juices, you will be amazed by the miracles that drinking only water (plus freshly squeezed fruits) can do to your body. Sweet potatoes. Eating sweet potatoes will make your skin complexion look healthy and even. All the nutrients and vitamins that are contained in those potatoes will make you glow and shine.
